Maintenance Services

Next Solutions provide a variety of on-site maintenance agreements that are designed to suit your businesses customised circumstances, finances, and requirements. As a total provider of IT maintenance services from the simplest of support for systems, through to larger Network sites and Facilities Management we cover all aspects of systems maintenance.

On-site Service Fee
Applicable to all on-site related services
On-site Service Fee.............................$55.00 inc GST

Server based networking
Support and maintenance services........... $154.00 inc GST

Workstation support
Support and maintenance services........... $120.00 inc GST

Phone support services....................$16.50 inc GST

.....................................................General queries are FREE

This service is available for basic troubleshooting advice.
Generally these services are restricted to 15 minutes. If the issue has not been
resolved within this period advice or recommendation will be provided regarding a
resolution via an on-site on dial-in service.

Dial-in support services.........$74.25 inc GST includes 30 mins service time
....1..................................+ $35.75 inc GST for every additional 15 mins

For those clients that have facilities for dial-in access to their Server we are able to
provide basic troubleshooting services and assessment via a dial-in service. As no
minimum on-site fee is applicable there are advantages in reduced service fees and
possibly a more rapid response.

After hours support
For those times when after hours service is required.

Additional 0.5 times the relevant support service per hour will be applied to the appropriate service fee. The following are examples on how the after hours supports fee are calculated:

0.5 x $120.00 inc GST = additional $60.00 inc GST/hour

Server Support - $154.00 inc GST/hour
0.5 x $154.00 inc GST = additional $77.00 inc GST/hour
